Hark, the voice of Jesus calling,
“Who will go and work today?
Fields are white and harvests waiting,
Who will bear the sheaves away?”
Loud and long the master calls you;
Rich reward he offers free.
Who will answer, gladly saying,
“Here am I. Send me, send me”?

If you cannot speak like angels,
If you cannot preach like Paul,
You can tell the love of Jesus;
You can say he died for all.
If you cannot rouse the wicked
With the judgment’s dread alarms,
You can lead the little children
To the Savior’s waiting arms.

If you cannot be a watchman,
Standing high on Zion’s wall,
Pointing out the path to heaven,
Offering life and peace to all,
With your prayers and with your bounties
You can do what God demands;
You can be like faithful Aaron,
Holding up the prophet’s hands.

Let none hear you idly saying,
“There is nothing I can do,”
While the multitudes are dying
And the master calls for you.
Take the task he gives you gladly;
Let his work your pleasure be.
Answer quickly when he calls you,
“Here am I. Send me, send me!”

12 Street APT

A message from the broker with details:

To reserve the apartment we will need a down payment of $1000. This holds the apartment for 3-4 business days, within those couple of days we will gather the applications, and other financial information needed (w-2 or past tax return, bank statement, letter of employment).

That $1000 will come off of the first months rent, thus up front the price break down will look like this…

Rent: $3600 - $1000 = $2600
Security Deposit = $3600
Brokers fee ($3600 x 12 months x 15%) = $6480
Credit Check = $25 per credit check

**Let me know if you wish to proceed with taking the apartment off of the market, I’d be happy to forward you all of the paperwork needed to take the proceeding steps**

If you have any questions, please do let me know J

And some photos. There are girls still living there so their stuff is all over.

Here is the outside of the building. It’s the one with the silver garage door :

View from loft above, looking down at the front door / living room / kitchen:

Loft (that’s a full-sized mattress) and its bigger than these photos look. There were multiple shelves, and a window. The scarf on the ceiling makes the ceiling look lower than it is - Both the realtor and I had a lot of space above our heads sitting upright:

Living Room looking at ladder to loft and doorway to bedroom that fits a queen sized bed. Queen sized bedroom has door that leads to private backyard:

Kitchen (I took 3 photos and put them together for a haphazard panorama):

From Doorway looking into Full-sized Bedroom. There was a desk, closet, and little bookshelf:

Looking at Queen-sized Bedroom from doorway - there were also bookshelves and a dresser and a closet in this room. Those windows are to the private backyard:

Backyard (i feel like this could be so cute if it was taken care of…aka we could urban garden or host people for grilling!):
